Grow My Calls provides professional website design and development services specifically for HVAC contractors and other trades. Our core offering is a high-authority website build for a flat fee.
3. Payments and Fees
The build fee is paid according to the terms agreed upon during onboarding. Unless otherwise specified, the build begins once the initial payment is received. Fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon final payment, the client owns the copyright to the specific content and design elements of their website. Grow My Calls retains the right to use the completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.
5. Limitation of Liability
Grow My Calls is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of profits or business interruption.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing necessary information, assets (logos, images), and feedback in a timely manner to ensure project completion. Delays caused by the client may extend project timelines.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Grow My Calls operates.
